Survey Assistance — How to Participate
- Visit the official survey: https://www.PandaExpress.com/Feedback (this may redirect to the Panda Guest Experience portal).
- Locate the 22-digit survey code on your receipt (or use store number + date if the code is missing).
- Choose your language (English or Spanish).
- Answer the short questionnaire honestly and submit.
- Copy the validation code that appears after submission and write it on your receipt to redeem in-store.
If you run into trouble (site not loading, code missing, or validation code not appearing), email us at support@pandaexpresscomfeedback.website with:
- A photo or screenshot of the receipt (if available)
- Store number and date/time of visit
